For Individuals & Families
Counselling is a beautiful place to be honest with yourself and your thoughts. When you do this, you will take away a lot! During 1:1 counselling, we encourage you to express what is going on, our therapists will ask questions and show you strategies to transform your being.
Counselling is available with May or other DTE therapists ($150) per hour.
Many families have years-long tension and have difficulty getting through open conversations. As a result, many families stay stuck in a narrative that prevent joy and new memories to be made. We encourage families to start talking to understand one another, and get on the same page. We facilitate healing conversations and building skills for each member.

Holistic counseling is a form of therapy that addresses the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. It recognizes that a person's mental and emotional well-being is closely tied to their physical health, relationships, and overall sense of purpose and meaning. By taking a holistic approach to therapy, we can help clients achieve greater balance and harmony in their lives.
Trauma counseling is a specialized form of therapy designed to help individuals who have experienced traumatic events. Trauma can have a profound and lasting impact on a person's mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Whether it is the result of a single event, such as a natural disaster or a violent crime, or ongoing experiences, such as childhood abuse, trauma can be incredibly difficult to process and overcome.
Trauma counseling provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to work through their experiences and begin the healing process.
We understand that each person's experience is unique, and we tailor our approach to meet the specific needs of each client. If you or someone you love is struggling with the effects of trauma, we encourage you to reach out to us for help.
